Very happy with the experience I had at this location. Staff was friendly, informative, and professional. They we're even kind enough to let me know they had a white letter option on the tires I purchased, which they didn't initially realize. And when I asked the gentleman at the counter (Cameron) if all the lug nuts were torqued to spec, instead of just telling me "yes" to send me on my way, he went back into the shop and I heard him verbally verify with his staff that they indeed were. I definitely appreciated that. Also worth noting I came in at the last hour of their day, and I never felt rushed. I recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for quality service done right!

The service was great! I had a flat tire I needed replaced immediately and with a phone call and a few minutes of talking Paul was able to get me in immediately to get it repaired with incredible manners and kindness. The guys in the shop Alex and Nate patched up my tire in 10 minutes and had me on my way with no hassle at all. Great guys and great service, definitely where I will go again in any future emergency!!

Thanks Paul!! Another great experience at Big O in Boulder Boulder. I get my all-season tires swapped with snow tires twice a year and have never had issues with service or prices. Service is fast and the entire crew is friendly and professional. Never any up-selling—just the facts and honest options. I recently went in to swap my snow tires and they checked my breaks (standard process) I was told that the front has reached recommended limit but the rears were still good for a while.. it would have been easy to simply recommend that I get all four replaced but honesty seemed the priority and so I just replaced the front so I could spread out the cost (still reasonable and competitive!). I have also never had issues leaving valuables in the car. Big O has my business for life! Thanks Paul and team!

Having a punctured tire, out of state, on a Sunday is not an ideal situation, but, it turned into one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Joe was incredibly kind and helpful in such a stressful situation. I was willing to wait all afternoon, as they were quite busy and it was a Sunday afternoon, but they were so quick! I am beyond touched by their act of kindness by having my quick fix on the house. It was a wonderful reminder and gesture of the goodness of others. Many many thanks to Joe and the team at Big O— couldn’t recommend it more, and if I was a local, I would be going here for all of my car services!
