Amazing job !!! Thank you guys, I really didn't expect this ! To begin with my request for estimate through Google, Yassir called me almost right away and asked is it an emergency- I said no, just replacement deadbolt on entrance door, he did give me a price- not great but I agreed and in a matter of 1 hour technician was here, finished job and walked out in about 25 minutes ! Again amazing, very professional, fast job, mounting new Schlage Sense Smart Deadbolt on wooden door, drilled holes and explained me how to handle it. Yes, I could do it myself but it would take me probably half a day, buying few new tools and who knows how it would look like... thank you Yassir!

Ray and Mike showed up a mere 15 minutes after our call and could not have been nicer. After moving into a new house they gave their advice on which locks they would recommend and even let us feel the weight of the locks to see for ourselves.

Mike provided excellent service. His communication, attention to detail, and on-time arrival are qualities most service providers in the Sacramento area don't have. I set the bar high and Mike went above and beyond what I expected.

In terms of the job he re-keyed two doors for me. I told him ahead of time I was very sensitive to scratches on the hardware. He made me feel reassured by explaining each step of his process and doing a thorough review with a flashlight afterwards. It was as if he never even touched the locks, clean and efficient!

I work in the fashion industry and love to see attention to detail. A rarity in today's world.
