(March 18, 2022, 5:38 pm)The workers messed up our orders, went back and forth to get sides like cheese or grill onions. The manager Matt came over and apologized for the mishap. He kindly gifted us a card and the next time to get free burgers. Great customer service. Thank you for the generosity and kindness.
(March 16, 2022, 2:51 pm)It is in-n-out probably the most famous west coast burger chain. I would have to say they are not bad, but ultimately I've had better burgers. I think Five guys is better. Also, they did not have any mayonnaise. I like to mix mayo with ketchup for my frys. They only had packs of in-n-out sauce.
