The team in the yard did an excellent job of fitting the rack into the back of our minivan. This will help enormously with reorganization of the garage. Thanks again!

(April 2, 2019, 5:08 pm)Wow! Probably the greatest customer service experience of my life. From the moment I walked in i was greeted with a smile. Melinda is so nice and helpful. There was someone in front of me in line and she came around and acknowledged me and made sure I was noticed. She gave me a hat and stickers too. They have snacks and beverages avaliable as well. Andrew was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me around and show me all the products they have avaliable. He even showed me this area which is like a museum and explained the history of there company. Honestly they made me feel like a rockstar. I am not someone of importance but they sure made me feel like I was. The forklift operator Chad was so nice and made sure my load was securely wrapped and safe for travel. There are a couple of other people here as well that I didn't get there name but they were so nice as well. This place has all your shop and warehouse needs. Anything from pallet jacks to shelving. They offer osha certified forklift training as well. I cannot express how awesome everyone here is. This place sets the standard for customer service. I look forward to coming back here again in the future. Thank you so much for all your help and the amazing experience.
