  I really had a great experience with Dr Cotrell. He makes it fun and relaxing. I would highly recommend getting an appointment. He really takes the time to get the right prescription for your glasses by performing tests.

  Dr. Cotrell was fabulous! He was very thorough and took the time to explain every stage of the exam. He also discussed the effects of aging on eye health and explained how and why my eye function and thus my prescription was changing. I highly recommend Dr. Cotrell.

  I think Dr. Cotrell is excellent. He's patient and deals well with my light sensitivity. He offers feedback and helps me understand my prescription and the entire exam process. He even took the time to explain to me how my vision had changed and offered exercises I could do to help my eye muscles. I've been going to him for 4 years and I will continue to go back.

  The hardworking environment of this Chase Branch is so nice and welcoming, you can tell they put a lot of effort to make this a lovely place of business. Particularly the manager has gone above and beyond for me, she follows up and follows through. Ethel Acosta is her name I have her card and anytime we meet or have a call she send me an email and is always asking for feedback on what she can do better, that is what I call service. I love this branch!

  I love this particular branch. Its usually pretty quiet, quick in and quick out. The staff are cheerful, helpful and polite. This area is good and safe too. The little center it is located in always has plenty of parking so its easy to just pop in quickly.
