  Christian (CJ) was a great deal of help. Since I was still new to the place, I didn't understand the design to be able to do a hard shutoff of the water on my own. He found it right away, so I will know for next time! I can't thank him enough for explaining the structure of my valves to me and for coming so late at night to prevent my water from running for potential 10 hours. I know who to call if anything were to ever happen again.

  Scottie was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. After several different routes and efforts to unclogged our drains, it proved to be an issue with our septic tank. There was no charge for his services and cleaned up after himself. We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter as being reputable and true to their word.

  We had to unclog a sewer main. Service was scheduled for just a few hours after we sent in a web request. The tech worked through very difficult conditions to saw away roots 130ft down the pipe. No small task. The fact that our access point was in between rose bushes didn’t help.
  
  The tech followed strong COVID rules, which is appreciated.
  
  The service wasn’t cheap but I’d have spent 10X trying to do it myself.

  Toilet hadn't been draining and water backed up in the tub. Christopher examined this and also a second Toilet in a second bathroom. After assessing the situation and determining possible solutions, he described what courses of action for short-term and long-term solutions. At my request he also gave me an idea of the costs facing me.
  
  According to Murphy's Law all drains functioned perfectly while he was here. I decided to take no action now, but will call and schedule one of the remedies Chris suggested. Chris was a perfect gentleman in my home. He was thorough and forthcoming. I appreciate his demeanor in all ways.

  Tommy was the service technician for our job. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He communicated with me throughout the day and was right on time. Not only was he cordial, he was efficient as well. Best of all, remedied our situation. This is my second experience with Tommy and he has been super both times. Will definitely use Roto Rooter again
