(March 19, 2020, 10:27 pm)Andrea the manager is amazingly good at her job and super patient. I encountered a mild inconvenience during my stay and she went above and beyond to fix it for me. I will stay here again for the amazing customer service. She deserves a raise.

(February 21, 2020, 12:25 am)Great staff and restaurant was very good. Might be a typical Double Tree. Slightly older hotel with nice old school large rooms and good storage. Better than some smaller posh hotels. For the shopper, the upscale mall is only a short walk. On the downside, the corridors are long walks to the front desk and restaurant.

(February 11, 2020, 9:24 pm)Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well serviced, breakfast buffet was a treat, interesting selection an real hash browns, not "breakfast potatoes" which should be illegal, however the restaurant was quickly overwhelmed with a full house (convention)...not the wait staffs fault, they just weren't informed and staffed up. The Bar menu, was average at best, and room service prime rib was pre-prepared food device " seal-a-meal". The fitness center was better than expected with equipment, just cramped, busy when I was there.

My favorite Sacramento Hilton property is the Hilton Garden Inn in Natomas. It works for me as it is close to work, shopping, good restaurants on the river. The Hilton will never upgrade you to a suite, per their hotel policy. They will upgrade to Executive level but not to a suite.
