Prenatal Diagnosis of Northern California Medical Group Inc.

Looking at all the bad reviews I saw on this place it made me hesitant to go there, but from the first interaction I had with the lady on the phone, to the few appointments I’ve had now; I can only say my experience was amazing! They gave me so much information that at the beginning and it was quite overwhelming but everything was for the best. I was recently in there for a follow up ultrasound and I was in there longer than expected but it was because of how baby was positioned that she took her time and was so gentle and patient. Thank you all 💛

Had my first appointment here today. Front desk staff was super friendly and efficient. Facility was really clean and tidy. We got called in for the ultrasound within 5 minutes of our appointment time. Our room was spacious and clean with a big screen to watch the images. Our tech was kind and quick. I’d definitely come back in the future!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hershey and his staff. I didn't have much of a wait (15 minutes or so). The technician who did my ultrasound was friendly as was the medical assistant. Dr. Hershey was patient and answered my questions about all of the different types of testing they did. He made me feel at ease; considering this is my 3rd child I still get nervous about every appointment. When they called with the results of my blood test I asked them to keep the gender a secret and mail it to me so my husband and I could find out together. They sent me a letter and put cute little post it notes over the gender so we had to peel off each one. It might have only taken a couple seconds for their staff to do this, but to me it was a personal touch that I truly appreciated. I'd highly recommend Dr. Hershey to anyone that has special needs for their pregnancy.

I had a wonderful experience at this office for my recent appointment. I was running 10 minutes behind due to weather and they were more than understanding and had no problem waiting for me. The genetic specialist was very nice and answered all of our questions without making is feel silly. We had our ultrasound done by Dr. Hershey and it was great. He was very thorough and spent above and beyond the time expected showing is our little boy. I will definitely be going back for my anatomy scan. Highly recommend this place!
