They offered an affordable price and a thorough diagnostic. Ask the problem with my vehicle it turned out to not be the transmission. Outstanding service no scams or bs seen at otter transmission shops. Update to my last post. The owner took a few minutes out of his incredibly busy day to look under my truck. Three other shops were unable to diagnose the truck and after 5 minutes under the truck he identified the problem. No upsells, no extra stuff, just find the problem and get it fixed. This will be the only shop I let service or work on my transmission or anything else they work on. Staff is polite, courteous and professional.
