I came into this location because one of my wisdom teeth was just killing me. Insane amount of pain. The two receptionist were so kind. Answered every question they could and had me seen as soon as they could. They welcomed every "normal" patient as I waited andthat made for a great atmosphere. Great job ladies. The doctor and the doctors assistant was so helpful. They could tell I had not been to the dentist in a very long time. They did not look down on me or anything. They knew how bad I was in pain and they made sure to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it. Both super nice and just overall amazing to be around even though they had to refer me to a oral surgeon. Now here is the best part. With the holiday weekend a day away, I was expecting to have to wait till Monday to get any sort of help. The receptionist called I don't know how many places to make sure I could get in the same day. I woke up this morning in complete pain. I am going to sleep with a few less teeth but no more pain. I can not say enough about the customer service and just down right compassion they showed today.

It was so hard for me to find a dentist that I would like. First because I'm terrified of them, but that isn't the case with Dr. Truong. Dr. Truong and her staff have definitely taken care of me since day one. They have always encouraged me to make sure that I take really good care of my dental health. With their help, I have improved it drastically. I definitely recommend Dr. Troung because of her care and that of her staff. I initially tried the sedation dentistry that allowed me to take care of some much necessary procedures and to this date its kept my dental health in check zero cavities since the treatment. I couldn't be happier. They also allow me to select my hygienist Ada, who has also taken really good care of me. I feel like I'm visiting with family each time I go in for a cleaning. I'm sticking with Dr. Truong for as long as I can!!!

the whole crew is wonderful. you don't get treated like you've done something wrong. so if you would like a pleasant dental experience make an appointment..

If you'd like a Dentist that cares more about you than your teeth, you should visit Dr. Truong and the great staff at Gateway Dental. They have always treated me well and always follow up with me after all my appointments (even cleanings!) to make sure I'm doing okay. I like them so much that I've kept them as my dentist even though I moved from Natomas more than three years ago!
