  One word - WOW!!! I could leave it at one word, but it just wouldn't be enough. In fact, my review here probably wouldn't be enough until you yourself experience the most professional, high work ethics, dependability and enthusiasm Alex and his crew exhibited. My wife and love the final product (and she's picky - shhhhh). I could probably go into a long long essay about Alex, but I'll make it short and say that this was one of the best home improvements I've experienced with excellent honest communication about the re-roofing process, quality material/products, and no outside contractors other than Alex's crew.
  
  I highly recommend Alex Perez's Roofing for any of your roofing projects or needs. He's definitely in my contact list.

  Alex Perez and his team work very hard and i would highly recommend them they are so respectful and they do a great job in a timely manner. This is the best roofing experience i have ever had this company was definitely worth every penny. My roof come out great in just the color I wanted. So please if i need your roof fixed or done please call them. I am so glad we did we love our new roof.

  Would highly recommend Alex Perez. We would definitely use him again. Very pleasant to work with and did a great job. Provided 'before' and 'after' pictures, which was great.

  We love our new roof. Alex was professional from the beginning. He was the only roofer we'd gotten a quote from who sat down with us and showed us samples and went over details just for the free estimate. Alex Perez Roofing has done a lot of the roofs in our neighborhood, and a neighbor recommended him, so we felt happy knowing others had good experiences with the same steep pitched roofs. The crew were respectful, clean, and you could tell they care about doing a great job. I will say that APR was the highest quote we had gotten, however, APR gives you upfront costs to include dry rot and they give you a bottom line number right up front. We knew we were paying for quality. Very happy with APR.

  Alex Perez Roofing did an outstanding job building and installing a new roof on my home. I received bids from three different companies. Mr. Perez offered the lowest price with the highest quality materials. I was impressed from the beginning. My entire yard was tarped during the removal of my old roof. It took the crew less than an hour and a half. There was no debris to be found after each crew left. The job was completed in three days as negotiated. All of the workman are highly skilled, and professional. I highly recommend Alex Perez Roofing.
