I had such a great experience at this store! Nicolas was extremely patient, answered all of my questions in detail and took the time to make sure that I understood everything. I was hesitant to switch to a new carrier but dealing with him made it so seamless! Great experience and definitely recommend this store and Nicolas!

Out of the 3 T-Mobile stores in Dr Phillips (that I know of) this one has the best staff. They went way out of their way to help me with a problem a few weeks ago, this store is definitely a bright spot for T-Mobile. If the company ever plans to consolidate, ditching the Sand Lake stores and keeping this one would be a good decision.

Gaby was fantastic. She is a great team member and helped us incredibly. She was very kind to our children and went out of her way to make them comfortable during the long process of getting new phones. She is why you get 5 stars.

Nick and Emanuel set up my phone, which took a long time due to backups etc. they both were very knowledgeable about the products and services!!

The service here is incredible! I came after work on a whim to talk about switching from my previous carrier and within minutes they were able to give me a monthly estimate and set me up with my new phone and plan! They were polite and kind and answered all of my questions, and trust me… I had a lot. I highly recommend this location!

You really get the home vibe when one is there. The food is good, light and makes one feel good. No food coma afterwards.

Very clean, very nice service, very friendly, reasonable prices, I'm new to healthy eating, some dishes the taste was new to me, other dishes more familiar were fine.

Absolutely enjoyed my Golden drumsticks & seaweed soup, this was my first time visiting/ordering while being in the area for my mother.

I have been coming here for years and every time I come there it makes me happy. The customer service is absolutely astounding! You’re met with a smile as you come in and as you leave and not to mention the food is delicious as well!

So happy they’re open for takeout. Best soy meats ever, there’s something for everyone here :) never had an unpleasant experience. The prices are great for the amount of food and quality you get
