Having had low back issues for several decades, I have been treated by maybe 8 chiropractors. I put Shaina right up there with one other (in Santa Cruz CA) as having the training and intuition to promote healing. She works holistically, listens to what I need, and charges a reasonable fee. She has worked with my wife and daughter too and significantly helped my daughter's headaches. Highly recommend her.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I have never had a more thorough and informational experience in my life, especially with a Chiropractor. At my first appointment, she took time to ask me about my trouble areas, my life style, my sleep, and so much more. She addressed all of my problem areas and was able to help me with an issue with my ankles that I have been struggling with as long as I can remember. I had some stiffness and blood pooling in my ankles and feet after many volleyball injuries over the past several year. I thought that the occasional swelling, tenderness, and tightness was just permanent damage. After only one session the pooling blood and pressure released! I was so shocked when I woke up the next morning an almost all of the blood pooling was gone! I have been going to her for more than 6 months now and my ankles are 100% clear of pooling and i hardly ever had tightness or swelling! She also helped me with frequent migraines I had been dealing with since middle school! I went from having at least 3 a month to not have a single one for months at a time! She has helped me out so much and I am so glad I found her!!!
Dr. Shaina is amazing! She helps her patients not only with chiropractic needs but treats the body as a whole. She utilizes cranial sacral therapy, nutritional consult and in clinic supplements recommendations to help with healing.
She is very accommodating and makes sure her patients needs are met. Highly recommend her.
Dr. Shaina worked with both my son and daughter. My daughter was having back pain from having to carry her heavy backpack every day at school. With just a few sessions with Shaina my daughter is pain free. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. What more could you ask for?

My migraines, which have been debilitating, are almost gone and I know when to listen to my body to go see her.
