  I was referred by a friend of mine, and, as luck would have it, I needed to find a good local shop. I REALLY like that you can set your appointment online. I am busy during the day, so, remembering to call to make the appointment is challenging. Ellio's shop is clean. Easy to find. Everyone there was friendly. They are VERY affordable and upfront with all costs. I really appreciate how simple everything was for me. I will absolutely be a return customer.

  My wife received a 2002 Mercedes CLK as a gift from her aunt. It had an oil change at the dealership right after receiving it, after which we were given a list of suggested maintenance. There was very little explanation and no transparency in how they arrived at the list. We declined everything and started driving it as a weekend car for a year. We brought it to Ellio's for a check-up and received a very detailed explanation of all the maintenance that could be done, along with what really should be done immediately and what could be delayed. They explained the measurements made and the tests they had done in order to arrive at their recommendations. They considered its use as a weekend car instead of a daily driver. I feel like we got much better advice at Ellio's about how to take care of our older car. We chose to have the needed work done at Ellio's and I feel very confident in the results. I am happy to be bringing our car back to Ellio's next time.

  Elio’s is the third Mercedes auto shop I have gone to in a year. They are the best because they are thorough and competitively priced. Their analysis was complete which the others were not. I kept having problems with my car not clearing the check engine light. They did. Thanks Emma!

  Robert and Emma at Ellio's are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I've taken both of my vehicles to them and the repairs are always done properly and on a timely basis. Repairs were also less expensive than the dealer.

  I was utterly blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail that we received from Emma, Robert and the Technicians at Ellio's! Emma and Robert went far above and beyond in response to all of my questions about our MB ML350's service needs. Sorry MB dealerships.... Ellio's has another Customer for life! 5 Stars!!!
