(June 23, 2019, 9:08 pm)I have been coming here for many years! They are very welcoming to all and everyone there is so nice. They have a different teacher each Sunday evening from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. They also have monthly day long retreats, People of Color Sangha, Family Sangha and Tai Chi classes. They also have beginners instruction on the last Sunday of the month.

(August 31, 2018, 1:08 am)An inclusive and welcoming place to meditate and learn about Buddhist teachings. It is a peer led sangha featuring skilled teachers from different Buddhist traditions. The main meditation is on Sunday evenings with other meditations offered during the week. Each month, they offer a 1 day retreat led by a skilled teacher.
