  I came into Sims Metal Management my first time coming so I was confused until this young man I asked him what his name was he told me Eddie. This young man was very proactive helped me fast and while I was moved alone I saw him help other customers and I was and still amazed at how much I seen this young man perform. I already know he works for Sims Metal Management but how helpful and problem solving he was I wish I could have him work for me. He gets the JOB done and I even seen him doing two or more other things. I can say this as a boss myself Eddie is a keeper. Thank you Eddie for helping me and I appreciate how proactive and great with problem solving those character traits are rare. Thank you cant wait to see you again to tell you to you're face. Best Customer service hands down. Thank you

  I've been coming to Sims downtown Sacramento since I started my recycling business in 2010, and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I'm always greeted with a smile and if I need information about something, I'm given full attention. I consider myself part of the Sims family.

  Ive been to both rancho and the Sacramento yard and I must say the staff at the Sacramento yard are so helpful and amazing. I was able to get in and out of the yard easily with help from all employees. The ladies in the office are so friendly and kind. I even left with a hot cup of coffee on a cold windy day. Amazing customer service!!! I definitely will be coming back to the Sacramento yard.

  We've been selling our scrap to Sims Metal for the past 5 or so years and we've always been treated with respect and professionalism. The girls in the office are very friendly and even care enough to make sure customers stay hydrated with ice cold bottles of water on hot days. The selling process is simple and iv'e never had any problems getting paid. Good job Sims! Thumbs up from Toledo Towing????
