  Definitely would echo other reviewers' comments about Hector being awesome and friendly. My sisters and I went to 3 other Metro PCS stores in the Sacramento area, but wish we had come here first. The other stores were either not open even though it said it was supposed to be open per Metro PCS website, or did not have sim cards in stock. How does a cellphone store not have sim cards in stock??!!
  
  Hector was the only one who was able to help us with our phone needs. We ported our numbers over--each from a different plan/account, and he was very patient with us. It took nearly 2 hours because one of my sister's account was complicated (porting from FreedomPop). But again, he was determined to get it done for us. He also helped my sisters pick out the best phone to suit their needs.

  Hector was very polite and showed us products that would fit our preferences. He was also very patient with us as it took two hours to transfer my contacts and photos. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to switch over or get an upgrade!

  Hector treated me very well on 11/8/18 by the He was very knowledgeable of the different phones and plans. I recommend Delta Shore Metro Pcs.
