(June 6, 2023, 6:30 pm)I was recently referred to Rick from an insurance carrier so I called him up to ask about an umbrella policy. He was very generous with his time, knowledge and guidance and spent over an hour on the phone with me explaining the in's and out's of what I needed to know. Part of this time was spent discussing our existing property policy and him urging me to keep it with the current carrier. Although we didn't qualify for an umbrella at this time, I'll ask for his help in obtaining a policy as soon as that time comes as he immediately earned my trust.
