I’ve now been with the hart group for about 2 years before coming into this opportunity I didn’t think I would ever work in the insurance industry but something about the company , management , and leads being given caught my mind and made me try it out . One of the best choices I’ve made for my career . In 2019 I made 8x what I would of made at my old job. Culture , training , compensation is all unbelievable in the best way possible

They are courteous, the house I rented is amazing. There were a few things wrong and they handled it right away so far so good

I worked at AIL for a couple months and had a great experience. All the managers were very helpful and were there to make sure you succeeded. You get out what you put in at AIL. It wasn't a fit for me personally but it's a great place to work. Also they're not a scam and sell legitimate life insurance at great rates.

Been life changing for me. Was working in a grocery store prior. Very hard work but very rewarding. People want things to be easy. Good things don't come easy.
