Kevin really went above and beyond for us. Not only does he have great prices but his customer service cannot be beat! We were under a time crunch with a rented trailer and he met us after hours to pick up our order. He was truly delightful to work with from beginning to end, which is so hard to find nowadays! Outstanding place to get a mattress. My son had been having some sleep issues and thought he may need a new mattress. We stopped at Mattress Direct in our neighborhood to "just take a look". We were greeted by the owner Kevin; he was very pleasant to talk to and not at all pushy in any way. There is a computerize system on the showroom floor that tests the way you sleep and matches you with the type of mattress and pillow that is the right fit for you. Kevin showed us a few option based on my son's needs and he was very patient as he tested out each one multiple times. We ended up purchasing a mattress that my son refers to "like sleeping on cloud". Kevin delivered the mattress to us the next day and helped us set it up in the bedroom. Kevin is very polite and respectful of us and our space. We couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely go back to Mattress Direct in South Land Park whenever I have a mattress or pillow need.

I was frantic because I didn’t have a box spring for my new bedroom set (I wish that i would have bought my bedroom set from this place) so i googled the nearest mattress place (I didn't want to go through the place that I purchased my set from because I’m still in awe that they sold me an entire bedroom set and “forgot” my box spring). I walked into this place and was instantly greeted by Kevin. He has some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from any place ever. Kevin is extremely kind and his prices were amazing (now if only i would’ve found this place sooner). He instantly suggested the perfect foundation for my set, and even delivered it the same day, and he even help me set it up and even took his shoes off so he wouldn’t walk on my new carpet. I felt so bad that i didn’t have any cash to tip him but he insisted he didn’t need a tip. I still wish I could tip him because it’s very rare to come across very nice people in customer service who love what they do and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Thank you so much Kevin, you’re a very beautiful person. I truly appreciate you.

I had a really nice experience working with Kevin at Mattress Direct. Sometimes the store is closed while he is out on deliveries, so don’t hesitate to call and make an appointment. It was definitely worth the trip. Kevin was really kind and helped me find a mattress I love within my budget. I was impressed with the quality of products they carry.
