“I had never used Sacramento City Cab before yesterday morning. I suddenly found out I had to get somewhere in a hurry. I called this company because of their great reviews. The dispatcher couldn't promise me that he could get someone to pick me right away because this is their very busy time of the day. He said a driver would call me to tell me when he could pick me up. Within minutes I got a call from Dan saying he could pick me up in five minutes! Dan was very nice and easy to talk to. He had managed to rearrange his schedule to help me. It turned out that he was still able to keep his schedule. I am beyond grateful.”
