You find the vehicle you like to purchase and than the staff helps you get approved with the best suited financial bank. As soon as I was approved, all I needed was proof of employment and proof of residency and I had the keys in my hand. A few signatures and was a happy owner of a well maintained truck. And with my credit plus the fact I already have an existing car loan, that was beyond impressive. Good customer service, quality vehicles to fit any ones budget and or situational credit criteria. Love the truck I got. Had a few minor tweaks to do to it but nothing I couldn’t handle. Simple things that anyone should do anyways. Change oil, flush fluids, simple stuff. “Just purchased this lovely BMW from their dealership yesterday. Ben truly goes above and beyond, he came in on his day off to help me purchase a vehicle. Attempting to rebuild my credit I explained Ben our situation and he worked very hard to get us a good deal and the best interest rate we could find. To help us out and to ensure he was happy, he noticed the battery on the car was running low, asked if I would wait so he can get me a new one. And before I knew it, he installed a brand new battery detailed the car further while I was filling out the paper work and made sure I was happy. He texted me today to ask how everything was and told me to contact him any time if there’s an issue. This guy is a real person and not a fake salesman, he truly gets all people go through things and did his best and got us the payment amount we could afford and the best interest rate he could find. People always do your research on the car you want, they gave me a car fax and as much info as I had asked. I would highly recommend 7 star auto to anyone who has credit issues and needs help securing a vehicle. It was a pleasure!
