“Well, we only just had our first evaluation with Holt yesterday. But, the process was smooth and well-run. We were in and out faster than I thought which was nice. We were given a treatment plan for my son while my daughter was told she first needs to wait for some baby teeth to fall out before they can begin treatment. I appreciated that they were honest about it being better for my daughter to wait. They also gave us several options for payment which was nice. So, it ended up being less expensive than I thought it would be.”

“I love this location. I have an upper and a lower level. The upper level is for mammograms and other female services. The lower level is for imaging, ultrasounds, other imaging services. They have a large waiting room and are very safe regarding covid safety precautions. They are always pretty fast especially if you have an appointment, but you may want to call ahead if you're coming for walk in because they can be busy.”

He was helpful prior to the visit by answering questions over the phone and his helpfulness and knowledge continued for the actual meeting. He was honest and fair with his evaluation. And as an added bonus he was kind and prompted genuine friendly conversation. The entire process was thorough but reasonably paced.
