The Korean short ribs are delicious. I do plan on trying the liempo (pork belly) with a basic soy onions etc marinade. I grab some to grill at work regularly and the coworkers love it. Stopping by for that Friday grill session at work. 15lbs minimum of the chicken just for the night crew. If there is a holiday coming up, be sure to stop by a few days early to preorder for pickup with a deposit. You'll be able to skip the line to pickup and pay.”
