I dropped my car off so I can go back to work and he would text me during the process to update me and I was able to pay through a link they sent to my phone. When I got back he gave me a really good breakdown of the work done and what I need to pay attention too, the thing I liked about it was I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me or anything, he was honest about everything which I take to heart. “The pick up was not as fast as I would like but it was pleasant. I received a brand new Jeep Wrangler when I had only requested a small SUV. I was scheduled to drop off at a different location. The next day I called he drop off location to extend my reservation and it was very quick and easy. Do not call the number on the folder to extend your reservation. It is a computer and it is not helpful at all. I just dropped it off today and they were very quick, friendly, and easy to work with. Thank you Avis! I will rent from you again.”
