Its mostly older mobiles and seldom will a home go up for sale as this is a most owners are here to stay. No rentals, just owners. But you are close to and right off Madison Ave w/ a straight shot to the freeway very close by. The space rent in this park is less cost than anywhere you will find, with low increases yearly.”
