“Now called Quick Tea. although this is no longer quickly, they still provide all quickly food/milk tea items. bummed out that popcorn chicken no longer comes with basil, but they do sell other tasty food items and milk tea is still legit as i remember growing up in the late 90s. plus lets talk about the cleanliness and the great sense of humor of the owners, āyí and shūshu!! especially shūshu is such a jokester 🤣 big thanks for giving us free thai iced milk tea to bring home to our kids! we will come back when in the area to try their other meals especially the salt pepper shrimp but wait theres more not too sure why folks were warning us to not be in the side of sactown its not like sactown is singapore,its trying tho thats why we socal/bayfolks have invested lmao we didnt see no issues at all, rough areas? YES. but then again america is full of rough areas so its nothing new i would say this is the most place we can compared to our other homes in south america, asia, east coast, socal and the bay that is Welcoming people just need to mind their own business”

He is strictly an indoor cat, is very shy, and he has spent his entire life confined to my home and preferably underneath my bed. So in terms of anxiety he is far on the spectrum and has literally been physically sick from going to the vet. I was highly impressed that we were allowed in the exam room to watch Dr. Faber do the entire exam, he carefully looked at my cats eyes with his equipment meanwhile the entire time my cat sat so quietly. They were so sweet and gentle and the office was very quiet which was a great atmosphere for my cat who is petrified of loud noises. Thank you Dr faber and staff for making this visit fast, easy, and painless.”

“Ivan did an awesome job. I had neglected my Kia for a bit since I was wfh and didn’t go out much. He did an much needed oil service and restored my headlights. My car is from 2011 and the lights were so foggy and scuffed. They literally look like new. He did lots more stuff to it and went into detail about the parts that I needed which I appreciated. I really felt good about all the things he did and it’s been a few months and my car is doing great. I will defiantly be going back soon.”
