It's an easy diet to convert to, since the birds recognize it as seed, but once sprouted, they develop essential enzymes and nutrients that weren't available pre-sprouting. Tamales are also delicious and just like grandma would make. Perfect ratio of meat to masa. Hibiscus tea is a must to have with your meal as is their salsa. Prices are reasonable, $6.00 for the enchiladas and you get two. This is one of those places you have to eat at at least once point in your lifetime.
