The house needed lots of work and Michael stepped in and helped us come up with a game plan to sell. There was lots of work to be done to make it presentable and Michael did not hesitate to roll up his sleeves and get dirty with us. Michael’s communication was second to none. Constantly checking in on us just to see how we were doing l, not only with the house but in life in general. “My condo balcony started leaking in my neighbor’s garage. I called and two technicians arrived the next morning, right on time. They found the problem and resolved it. They replaced part of my sheetrock by the drain to ensure it would be untouched when the rest of the balcony is fixed. The next day my neighbor detected a small leak. The tech came out right away and tarped my balcony until I can get it fixed when the rain stops for a couple of days. This was beyond the original scope of my problem and so impressed with this company.”

“The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and lively. They have an extensive drink menu, including special old fashion mixed with mezcal. The food itself is fine and nothing too amazing but for the price point of around 15$ for Chile Verde I'm not mad at all. Self serve chips and salsa bar also makes it a plus for me. Additionally, they even have other items that are fancier. We requested no cheese, normally the beans come with cheese. Beans don't taste overly processed. It's good.”
