“Prior to being seen at Patient Dental by Dr. Michael I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 10 years. This was due to my fear of the unknown and being unhappy with my smile in general. Thankfully I didn’t have any treatment that needed to be done other than my regular 6 month hygiene recall. Because I was unhappy with my smile, Dr. Michael recommended I start Ortho to straighten my teeth and then we could do veneers to correct the size. “I was concerned, at first, when I read the bad review on Dr Narodovich, but my wife made an appointment for me and I decided to go ahead and keep it. I didn't have the experience the only other reviewer posted about.Quite the opposite; I had a great experience. I talked to Dr Mike regarding a surgical post needed for a tooth I lost years ago. He introduced himself to me, explained everything in great detail, and made me feel very comfortable. I felt like I learned a lot through the process. He took his time, ordered additional x rays, went over all of them with me, measured my teeth, and calibrated machine measurements to ensure everything was absolutely correct. My impression was that Dr. Mike cared about his patients and does his best to make a unique experience for everyone. I watched as he talked to other people when I was getting my appointments scheduled and I must say I am impressed by his professionalism, extensive knowledge, experience, and great personality. He gets an A+ rating from me!”
