“I have only been here once, but I had a WONDERFUL experience for my first cleaning and exam! Planning to go back to have some work done next week, but so far I trust the staff and doctors here greatly. I am very picky and struggle to trust many health professionals (since they are human and loaded with error), but more than just having a very kind and friendly team, they were also very knowledgeable and up-to-date. I was happy to see modern evidence-based preventative measures, technology, equipment and treatment options. I appreciated that Dr. Nguyen was conservative in her recommendations and I did not feel pushed to address non-urgent matters. In fact, she was very transparent in what may need to be addressed in the future, but not recommending actual until necessary. After long discussion with both Dr. Nguyen and one of her awesome hygienist Amanda, I have a great deal of respect for their knowledge of modern evidence based practice, their bedside manner and clear communication and explanations of what they are doing and why. I appreciate how much time they all spend with me, carefully and patiently answering all my questions and coordinating the somewhat time-sensitive work I needed done. I am actually looking forward the going back to get the work done even though I am expected to spend a few hours at the dentist! Maybe it’s just me. I was concerned about finding a new dentist after moving up from so cal and am so excited to have found one! Will update this review after getting my fillings repaired.”

“I feared going to the dentist. I would walk into a dentist office and hear the sounds of the drills or smell the scent of Novocain and lose my mind. I walked into Dr. Kim’s office and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made me feel at ease right away. A pleasant smell, no sounds of drills. A short wait later, I was in the chair, laughing with a nice assistant. Dr Kim came in explained everything that needed to be done. He is very soft spoken, and was very professional. “I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee. My wife, my daughter, and my brother all see her. My daughter is 9 years old. We used to all see different dentists until my daughter's "children" dentist freaked her out. Root-canals, crowns, extractions! Way too many procedures for a 5 year old at the time. Then we found Dr. Lee. So super nice. AND SHE DOES NOT over-recommend procedures. My daughter never needed "laughing gas" with Dr. Lee either, but always needed it at the kids dental place. And she never freaks out going to see Dr. Lee regularly. My daughter even accompanies my wife when my wife has an appointment. Dr. Lee just makes her feel comfortable and at ease she says. Anyway, that's the kid and parent angle. I changed to Dr. Lee after seeing see all that. As an adult patient, my perspective is almost the same. I have never waited for more than 5mins to see her. She always does all the work herself, no hygienist. For me, that's a HUGE plus. The skill level, even for a cleaning is just so different. And she's never in a rush. Always spend time to ask how I am doing, how my family is doing, and shares the same about her family. That's customer service!! That's trust right there. So we love Dr. Lee and have recommended many friends and co-workers to her.”

I was able to get an appt with in a week and even in the evening. My first experience is this office is exceptional. Our appt is next week and I will update my review at that time.
