If you need medical attention stay away from the V st. location try your luck with Elica somewhere else.😁 so shortly after posting this review on the last experience I had with Elica Health, Dr. Mai-Wood did reach out to me later the same evening of my visit & was able to provide the information I needed “thank you” also I did receive a call from HR “patient advocate” to follow up about my experience. “Thank you Elica Health for making me feel like you do care about your patients””

“Wonderful Dr. Knows his stuff ,he is a fantastic communicator as far as a doctor he is an internal medicine doctor. I think very highly of him sad to know he left The clinic he was with. I am just trying to find out where he’s at so I can move to whatever office he is at now. Wonderful doctor just wonderful. Always took time out to explain things to their fullest. One day I went in without an appointment just as a walk-in he spent over a half hour talking with me and helping me understand what was going on now that’s a wonderful doctor and my eyes most doctors when you’re on Medi-Cal don’t give you even five minutes. But Dr. Jude Waterberry has always giving me answers to my questions and his full attention at every appointment I’ve been seeing him for four years. Like I said he is a wonderful internal medicine doctor. I just wish I could find where he moved to. I won’t go to any other doctor at the clinic but him.”
