“Before starting spinal decompression and adjustments with Dr. Ferguson, I had unrelenting pain in my left gluteal area and down my left leg. In addition, I had low back pain, and so much pain and stiffness in my left hip when I first woke up each morning that it hurt to take those first few steps. I would stretch for 20 minutes every morning before the pain in my left hip subsided. I have an Etsy shop that requires sewing to make my product. The gluteal pain really limited my sewing time and enjoyment. It also affected other areas of my life such as driving or sitting and having a long lunch with a friend.
