“I went to several other allergists in the Sacramento area and went through all the skin tests both times. One told me my tests were inconclusive and the other one kept changing his mind on whether I needed shots or not. I was tired of fooling around and went to Dr. Chipps. The allergy shots have changed my life! Dr. Chipps sure knows his stuff and I love how helpful all the nurses are. The only reason I didn't give him five stars is because I have such a hard time hearing/understanding him. His voice is low and he mumbles. I either have to ask him to repeat everything or I leave the office not knowing what he told me. And you can't ever get a real person on the phone. It's another annoying voice mail maze. He's willing to prescribe whatever allergy related medicine you need. I expect to be a patient for a long time as I'm allergic to everything under the sun.”
