He kept me on a good path of occasional adjustments until I got in a car accident a year ago, and I needed his expertise for my acute injuries. He helped me recover from my whip lash while also helping my 82 year old father learn to stand straighter and my sixteen year old football player practice regular stretches and avoid injuries. “Wow..... What an experience. I came to Theta Wellness in an attempt to calm my anxiety and stress. The Theta Chamber was recommended by the team. The procedure was the most unique experience. I was in the pod for 30 minutes, and it felt like a lucid dream. When my time was up and the pod had stopped spinning, I sat up and could not stop smiling. I was as relaxed as I would have been after 10 hours of sleep. I felt extremely euphoric. Substantially more relaxed than after an hour long massage. My drive home was filled with traffic and other irritants, but I was still so relaxed. I fell asleep very early that night (I experience insomnia so that was an interesting and unexpected affect). That night, I slept through the night and had the most wonderful dreams. This morning, I am still extremely calm and content down to my core. “I had a wonderful lunch there yesterday with my friends Phoebie and Chris. The food was so good the servers were very energetic and welcoming. Later in the lobby the staff arranged for an entertainer to come and he had all the residents singing, and clapping hands. Some of the residents were having a blast dancing. I loved seeing the sweet residents from their memory care included too. Everyone looked so happy including all the staff. This is really a special place. 😀”

“I saw Jenni on Friday for a 30 minute chair massage. I had a lot of built up stress, tension and sinus issues. After my first visit I could turn my neck, sinus pressure released, headache was gone, and I could see better. Jenni did such a good job I returned on Sunday for a couples massage with my daughter. Jenni gave me an incredible hour massage and focused on some additional problem areas I had. Anna did a great job on my daughter. The prices were GREAT too. Allowed me to give a great tip to show my appreciation to Jenni and Ana. I am looking forward to my next visit. 🤗”
