“My mom is here in independent living. She has been for almost 10 years and she will be 100 this year. This is a “Cadillac” facility. She loves it. The staff is top notch and the facilities excellent. Cost is not for the faint of heart. For most there is a pricey buy-in that is based on the size of unit but what is hard is the 3-5% annual escalator on your monthly “room and board” fees that also vary with the size of your unit. So you need to prepared for that. In 9 years the monthly fee has increased over 1400/month, from around 4800 a month to 6200/month for a 1300 sq ft unit, well in excess of inflation so if you are on a small fixed income this place will not work for you. If cost is not a concern, then go for it. I understand there is a lengthy waiting list for Two bedroom units.”

I felt like such a princess and it was because she took the time to make sure it was absolutely perfect! My curls not only stayed in tact through the event (which they typically always fall out) they are still in tact the next morning! They spent additional one on one time with him when my Mom passed away last year. They love him,. listen to him. respect him and provide a real home environment for him. “So I rated this terminal at a 4 as it has alot more features than other terminals. Bathroom is weird as there is only one door and 2 showers but great for the handicap, Drivers lounge same as others, laundry, outside awnings with bbq pits, lots of bays for work and there truck wash actually works!!! Gas pump staion is nice and very big lot to park in. Hope that helps yawl.”

“Calling on a late Friday morning asking if their office could get me in on an Emergency root Canal procedure was met with such a welcoming, and empathetic response. The staff quickly requested my xray, had the dentist review it, and he agreed to bring me in. As you can imagine, I was in the WORST pain, emotional, and had been up for two nights so I was so scared and nervous. Especially since what I was going through was a direct reflection of bad decisions from my previous dentist of two years. This new dentist was so patient, cautious of my pain, explained every step, confident and reassuring. I seriously am challenged to put into words the amazing experience it was. Today, two days later that tooth is pain free, and I can bite down, drink cold/warm fluids all of which was impossible before seeing him. Thank you so much for your amazing work and compassion!! Oh, and taking the time to change your plans and bring me into the office on a Friday afternoon to help me!!”
