She explained the rental process clearly and concisely. The facility was clean and well maintained. The price could not be beat either. “I would have shopped in the Arden Fair Best Buy because it's closer, but they didn't have the model I wanted. I thus ordered a TV online for pickup at the Galleria Best Buy. To my surprise the store was open for in-store shopping. People needed to wear masks and most were socially distancing. Since we could examine the merchandise, we bought a TV stand that fit the house. We were in the store 15 minutes tops as attentive employees and a fast customer service line made it easy. I had been to the Arden Mall earlier in the day. The signs indicated they were closed. Visited later and there was plenty of outdoor activity there so I'm not sure what "closed" means except perhaps the indoor passages are not accessible. Anyway, I was happy with how easily and quickly these transactions went. The faster, the safer.”
