“I had to store my car last minute and I had never rented storage space before so I didn’t know what I was doing. Turns out the space I rented was too small but I had already paid for it. The gentleman working that today was really kind and did everything in his power to make sure I got the unit I needed at the right price and even transferred the payment I had already paid as credit for the next payment.
