“The staff has been and continue to be amazing towards my boys who have attended their facility for 1 year now! I love the activities, type of communication they conduct with my children. My children are very comfortable attending their day care because of the teachers/staff and of course making friends! When I found this facility, I’ve never felt so welcomed and I instantly knew that I wanted my children to attend the Antelope KinderCare! Thank you for taking great care of my boys so I could be able to work especially during this hard time we are experiencing as a whole. Thank you for being essential! Angela Sheff”

“My husband and I lived here for 3.5 years. First in a 2B2B on the B side; then 1B1B on the A side. PRICE: is reasonable compared to apt complex's on this side of Natomas. 1B1B ($1170) 2B2B $1280 (2016) LOCATION: my husband and I like it a lot. We call the area "the Bermuda triangle" because if you look at it one the map it's borders are I-80, I-5 and Garden highway. It's a little nook which we liked. Unless you live or work in the area you have no reason to be there. Starbucks, Jamba juice, Indian food, Togo's, mountain Mike's pizza, gas station, Chinese food, nail salon, etc...are all close by. We walked to Chevy in the river a few times for drinks and dinner. Downtown is 2 exits away if you like downtown life. There is a path behind the complex that my husband and I would bike or walk to and across the bridge, there's a park where we'd go to play tennis, basketball or just enjoy nature. I'll definitely miss that. I've taken friends and family there for kids to play on the playground and swings while adults hang out. They have skateboarding ramps, soccer field and picnic tables too. NEGATIVES: 1) When we lived on the B side in 2016 we would have the homeless go through the trash at night, but since then they've added a fence around the back end of the complex, so I'm hoping that has improved since then. 2) parking is limited especially at night 3) neighbors: back in 2016 we had neighbors that would smoke inside apt so it would go through the walls and bothered my breathing. They'd also party it up Friday, Saturday, Sunday sometimes till early hours of the morning. In 2018 our neighbors on the other side of our bedroom wall would fight till 1/2/3am. cops were called few times. 4) Walls are thin. But with any complex you can't control who moves in and who your neighbors are. My husband and I didn't approach management about it so I don't know they would have handled the situation. INSIDE: we liked the layout on 1B1B a lot because it flowed well into each living space. They updated the bathroom and kitchen cabinets, new appliances, recently new roofs. There is a lot of cabinet space in both the 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom layout. Both kitchens are spacious in my opinion. Stacked washer and dryer, dishwasher which is a MASSIVE PLUS because we didn't have to go to a laundry mat to do our laundry. 1 locked utility closet in both layouts. Negative: the bedroom and the closets in the 1B1B are small. My husband and I ended up buying PAX system from Ikea to have enough hanging space. MAINTENANCE: was good, they came in a timely fashion and would give u prior notice when they'd come. They would have written permission to enter if u weren't there. Requests can be placed online. The grounds were kept well. PACKAGES: There is a Amazon hub locker that's was recently installed which makes receiving packages convenient and safe. You get a key to the hub lockers and the code when you get a package is sent to your email or phone, so very nice. STAFF: Elizabeth or I called her Liz and Courtney were our favorites. They were always kind, easy to talk to and never made it seem like we were bothering them (some of the others did) when we came to grab our packages or had a question. We liked them a lot. We've enjoyed our time living at River Pointe Apartments and we've recommended it to friends who are looking for a place in the Natomas area.”
