The manager, Danette was so awesome with my daughter, getting on her level and showing her different color options on the tablet. She was so knowledgeable about the brands and what would be safe for a child. The first color we picked didn't work on her dark hair, and we were able to exchange it without an issue. Just like the doctor and team that took care of me, I am a professional and my time is extremely valuable. I understand getting behind, but no one ever offered an explanation or an apology for why three doctors were so far behind. Good customer/client/patient service would dictate over communication might not have been a bad idea. Having been a patient of numerous Novant physicians and services, this is my first experience of this nature. I struggled in deciding what rating I should give, but decided the rating should reflect my appreciation for the results of the surgical procedure. But I would encourage you to investigate how these incidents could be eliminated or at least handled better.”

“Stopped in for lunch today. Grabbed the General Tso lunch special with chow mein. The breading on the chicken was perfectly nice and crispy with a nice garlicky tangy sauce. Everything was really fresh. Needed a little help with the heat but after crushing the couple of dried chilis that were cooked with it and adding a bit of the spicy chili paste I found the spice level inwas looking for. The Chow Mein was good. Had good flavor and was cooked well. The noodle had a great al dente -like texture to it. One thing I am accustomed to is a small bowl of a soup (usually hot and sour soup) of the day which this place doesnt serve to you. Not a big deal by any means but definitely missed that element that is typical of most Chinese restaurants. Total for the lunch special was 9.52 after tax. A meal with this much flavor and freshness under $10 is always great!”
