“Now called Quick Tea. although this is no longer quickly, they still provide all quickly food/milk tea items. bummed out that popcorn chicken no longer comes with basil, but they do sell other tasty food items and milk tea is still legit as i remember growing up in the late 90s. plus lets talk about the cleanliness and the great sense of humor of the owners, āyí and shūshu!! especially shūshu is such a jokester 🤣 big thanks for giving us free thai iced milk tea to bring home to our kids! we will come back when in the area to try their other meals especially the salt pepper shrimp but wait theres more not too sure why folks were warning us to not be in the side of sactown its not like sactown is singapore,its trying tho thats why we socal/bayfolks have invested lmao we didnt see no issues at all, rough areas? “Good pizza. Better than any chain pizza that you can find with quality ingredients. The dough is perfect. Sauce was more on the sweet side and not too much spice. Cheese blend was a little different than most pizza places but it was good and not too overpowering. Staff was friendly and they took my phone order quickly. I think the phone picked up just after one or two rings which is commendable considering how busy they were. My order was ready when promised and the staff had a polite hustle to them. “Chicken and Waffle House stands alone on busy Arden Way. New owners as of January 2023 have freshened the interior, and given a fresh coat of paint to the exterior. This is a large restaurant currently only partially used and so has room to grow. The recent interior upgrades support their extensive menu for breakfast and lunch. Portions and prices are decent. Flavored coffees and lemonades are available with additional new food items being added. They are planning to stay open later for dinner service on the future.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed the food here for my first visit. I was skeptical about visiting due to some of the negative reviews but I'm glad I paid them no mind since I ended up having such a pleasant dining experience. I dined in on a Monday night in a party of 3 and was seated immediately when we walked through the door (we were allowed to choose our seats). The booths seemed a bit small but cozy and you're allowed to write on the walls at the restaurant which gives the place a very chill vibe. The server was prompt with bringing water (I believe it has barley in it so the coloring is light brown — don't worry, it's not dirty water). My 9 year old son didn't like the taste of the water but my friend and I enjoyed it; to me, it tastes like refreshing cold tea or a water chestnut drink. We were give (4) free side dishes: kimchi, [pickled?] sliced cucumbers, sweet macaroni, and broccoli. (I don't know the official terms for these side items but they looked and tasted good and paired well with our main orders). It's about $10-$20 per food menu item on average, but I spent about $20-$30 since I ordered the soft tofu spicy soup (with pork but you can also choose seafood or beef) as well as the omurice. The soup was super tasty with the right amount of spice, with the pork being tender. I thought the omurice would taste basic but I really enjoyed the way they cooked the rice and surpassed my expectations. The portions were bigger than expected so my son and I shared the soup and omurice. The server was attentive with our requests and would bring our utensils/straws, extra bowls, and more water in a timely manner. My friend ordered the tteokbokki and it was so cheesy and delicious. She also got bibimbap that looked pretty good too. We had a nice time dining here; definitely going to return!”

Then the sauce, its what sets them ahead…..just the right amount , Great for youth sports teams , and I watched the 2023 NFC Playoff Championship Game. I don’t live any where near their restaurant in mSouth Sacramento but it’s always worth it!
