“Whenever I have service done at Folsom Lake Honda I walk across the road, just inside the Aerojet gate, to Cafe Express. Always friendly and prompt service and food is affordable and delicious. I had the BLT on my recent visit. Not sure it's always this packed with bacon but was a nice surprise. Nice quiet place in the mornings. If you want to get away from the waiting area at the dealership I highly recommend this little gem.”

Tamales are also delicious and just like grandma would make. Perfect ratio of meat to masa. Hibiscus tea is a must to have with your meal as is their salsa. Prices are reasonable, $6.00 for the enchiladas and you get two. This is one of those places you have to eat at at least once point in your lifetime. I don't know how many friends, family, colleagues or out of town guests we fed during the years we lived so close. Apx 13 years ago we left CA & moved to AZ. I still can't find comparable food. In one of my previous visits back home, I packed up a couple of meals & took it home on the plane. I grew up with a Hispanic aunt & love good Mexican food. That being said, I'm back in town for a stressful time, yet thrilled covid political reaction didn't close them down. After a stressful morning, we came in for lunch. We recognized loved faces & we ordered my Chili Colorado Mega Wet & a Carnita plate. I sucked on chips cradling the beloved sour cream sauce & salsa selection. I cried over a margarita. “Still the best Beef Stew Noodle I can find in Sacramento after all these years. I thought all places would make it somewhat similar. I’ve gone to other restaurants and the beef and tendon is usually quite tough to chew. Never had to experience that at TK Noodle. The beef and tendon is always on point and soup flavor is consistent. FYI, the order only comes in large so make sure you are hungry. The only places I have been able to find better beef noodles is in Vancouver, Canada. I have been coming to this TK Noodle since it opened back in early 2000. The service has gotten so much better over the years and no matter how busy, service is always quick. Make sure to waive them down if you need more water. They won’t come to you however there has been rare occasions that someone came to refill water without being asked. That’s how it’s always been though. So the Beef Stew Noodle comes with a piece of lime. I like to squeeze the lime juice into the soup and then put the slice of lime in my water. Just a thought for you. Unfortunately I only get the Beef Stew Noodle here because it’s the only place I can get my fix. Pho can be found almost everywhere.”

“We had a big family party here to celebrate my mom's birthday. This place is very nice and the party room was perfect for us to have privacy and not hear the rest of the restaurant. We did our own decreasing and it looked amazing with just a few touch ups. This place is remodeled and looks like a high end restaurant and not a pizza place I remember from high school. Food was delicious and very fresh!! The service team went above and beyond to make us happy, great customer service! They also played awesome music and provided fans for our room, we went in August 2032. Highly recommend for a family party! 👍🏆”

We did not receive the sweet and sour pork. We did get reimbursed from uber eats, but Holy teriyaki chicken!! I might eat here everyday.... this fire grilled chicken was soooo good! We will be visiting the resteraunt next time, the kung pow chicken also had a nice fresh pepper taste and all of the veggies tasted fresh, sesame balls, sooooooo goood!!! “This is small location that's making some outstandingly good food. There's outdoor seating for those nice spring and autumn evenings, the interior has a modest 9 or 10 tables. I came on a Tuesday evening and was seated quickly. The menu was on a QR code (hard copy menus available upon request), they have a variety of items and combinations to fit all budgets. There rolls were tight and correctly proportioned making every bit a tasty one. The Chicken was thin and cut into bit sized pieces, with a glaze that made you want to take it home. The servers take your order, bring your food, make sure your beverage is full, and that's about it; they stay out the way and let you enjoy the experience that is the food. The wife and I will be back to enjoy some more of the menu. If you enjoy good food in a cozy setting, this sushi location will fulfill all of your desires!”
