“A few winters ago we had quite a rainstorm and the next morning I found the ceiling in the kitchen had two wet spots from a roof leak that developed. We called a few roofing places and Brazil Quality Roofing had the fastest response and good reviews, so we booked them George came out and took a look, he showed me what was happening and how to diagnose the problem. He put the fix in place and everyone was happy. Fast forward to the latest storms early 2019. The same spots in the kitchen were wet after a storm. We called Brazil, thinking this is a warranty issue. They sent George out the next day. After looking about, he found a leak in a different spot that flowed under the tile down the same valley of the last leak. He was there for about 10 minutes bending the flashing into the shape the initial installer should have done. I figured, new leak, new fix, its not a warranty call. So, I asked how much I owed him and he said "Don't worry about it!". So, thanks to George and Brazil Quality Roofing for being responsive and coming out to make things right.”
