The owners and Management care about their employees, and show employees appreciation on a regular basis. The facility was cleaned on a daily basis, uniforms picked up for cleaning and delivered back to employee lockers weekly, vendors always professional and treated respectfully. I gave him photographs, home movies, songs, and video clips from family members and friends, and he went to work. He put it all together with off the charts creativity. I have never met anyone who enjoys his work as much as he does, and his enthusiasm is matched only by his attention to detail. Ordinarily, the pursuit of perfection is the enemy of the possible, as perfectionists never seem to finish what they start. But not in Mr. Bernard’s case. He harness a powerful work ethic to the pursuit of perfection, and he delivers the goods. He involved me in the final edits, and I spent several hours by his side, watching him work his magic. I got to see how much he cares about his job, how diligently he strives to get every detail exactly right, and how brilliantly he succeeds.
