“Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very understanding as I was late at arriving at the time of my original reservation. They were very kind to not charge me for the original duration of the stay. Also I fell asleep and over slept past check out time as the bedding and pillows being very comfortable I was luckily woke up by the friendly housekeeping workers and could not believe how long I slept. They gave me back the full deposit and Did not charge the extra day as well. The rooms are very well kept and clean. A great location to be in the area of points of interest in town or downtown. A very peaceful and relaxing location. The bed and pillows were the best of any hotel I had ever stayed at and slept like a rock. A good size fridge, freezer, and microwave. They had AC and multiple fans in the room that were great as well as since Sacramento can often reach high temperatures. Highly recommend this hotel and location to everyone. Would definitely go again my next trip up there.”

Great customer service. I didn't even ask her - she overheard me and offered to help. This was on Monday, Nov 22 around 11am. The store was very clean and well laid out. The bathroom was clean. I found a few stocking stuffers and goodies without difficulty.”
