“I just wanted to get my nephew a gift & don’t know anything about air soft. I thought it would be intimidating but the staff greeted us right when we came in. We were in there for about an hour, asking all kinds of questions. The staff was busy, but they still never talked down to us for not knowing anything or treated us like we were wasting their time. Sam was so amazing! He opened products for us, did demonstrations and had great recommendations. It’s very impressive how he had so much information memorized. My nephew is beyond happy!
