“While Sacramento CA City LDS Institute of religion is not an entity of Sacramento City College, It's sole purpose is to serve the students who attend city college. It offers Old and New Testament classes, LDS doctrinal courses, and life skills classes. It has several activities every semester including free soup on Wednesday. There are free games such as air hockey, Foosball and ping pong. It also has two quiet rooms where students can meet together and study for there courses on campus. I have benefited greatly from this fine institution.”

“Got some work done on my E46 and feel like they know BMW's inside and out. The garage is full of BMWs so they are not just mechanics, but are also enthusiasts. The work I got done was a new oil pan gasket, new differential seal, cooling system refresh, and power steering reservoir. They also spotted a couple other potential issues and let me choose to include those as fixes or not. They were fast and included a discount for multiple issues in one-go. One slight issue that I discovered after was that there a few of my after-market body panels got detached in the process. I'm slightly surprised they didn't take the care to spot this earlier, nor prevent that from happening. More specifically, my side skirts interfere with the placement of the lift (and jacks). If not placed properly, the lift will force the panels to pop off. It took some work on my own to get them reattached. I like this shop and didn't want to take up their time to 'complain' nor have them fix it. My take-away and perhaps yours, is to let them know of any potential issues, such as third party panels, beforehand.”

“I'm conflicted about this place. The dentist I see here is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind. The techs, however, have been impatient, brusque, rude, demeaning. One asked me a question and after I answered said, "when I ask you question- you give me short answer, okay?!" I didn't speak for the rest of my appointment. I felt very small. The next greeted me last week without a mask on, asked me if I wear a mask everywhere, then told me that it's bad for your health, causes organ failure and that she keeps getting told to wear a mask in the office. Umm... Everyone has to wear one in the building right now... This is a serious violation of the City and County mandate in Sacramento. Nurses in the ICU aren't dying from wearing masks twelve hours a day. Please wear one! The front end staff need a little more experience with interacting with patients. They seem bored and inattentive, unsure of what insurance will and won't cover and will try to get you started with in-house credit. The bathroom doesn't ever have paper towels or a working hand dryer. The wooden keychain that the key is attached to does not seem very sanitary. I hope they will replace it with something that can be thoroughly sanitized. A note to patients- this office accepts Medi-Cal, but have been known to try to get patients to pay out of pocket. For an active infection, this office requires five days of antibiotics before any work can be done. Keep this in mind for very painful dental issues and ask for pain management until your follow-up appointment. I think this could be an excellent family dentist with a little bit of empathy, some minor decor and health issues and a little less angry office drama- it is affecting the quality of care provided. Plus side: S English, Vietnamese, Mandarin and Cantonese. I saw the front desk help an elderly patient call her granddaughter to find out how to better communicate and grabbed their tech, who spoke Vietnamese with her and helped her fill out forms. I was very touched by this. Free parking, close to restaurants, gambling and stores. (There are a lot of people smoking outside around here.) Soap operas (telenovelas) on television in the lobby.”
