“We got several quotes for our master bathroom remodel before choosing to go with DR Design & Remodel. These guys aren't the cheapest, but I really appreciated that they put time and effort into listening to our needs and wants and translating them into a 3D design (definitely better than the other quotes we got). Getting a quote is a process--first you visit their showroom, then you make an appointment for them to come out and see your home/take photos/design ($200 for the in-home design appointment), then you wait a few weeks for them to finish the design and go back to the showroom for design presentation. At the presentation, you are able to make changes before you sign a contract. Plus you're able to choose your products & colors while you're there, and get on the work schedule. The subcontractors they work with are all professional and I was impressed with the work they did--especially the tile guys! They grind their own tile edges, so it takes a while, but SO worth the extra time/cost. I appreciated that the subcontractors all cleaned up after themselves every day too. Very professional. We only had one concern with DR Design & Remodel: they didn't communicate the design to the subcontractors effectively, and I only had one representative from DR Design (besides the foreman, who I believe was one of the subcontractors) ever come out and see that things were going according to plan--and that was only once, during the first week. For instance, we chose to have mdf baseboards in our bathroom due to cost and matching the rest of our home. One day, we discovered the subcontractors had installed tile baseboards instead--something we had not paid for or requested. I contacted DR Design and they did not charge us for it, but I was disappointed because although it looks good in our bathroom, the transition to our master bedroom looks funky and doesn't match. We also discussed raising the shower slide bar for my 6'2" tall husband when we did the design presentation. The designer adjusted it in the plans and everything, but when the plumber installed it, he installed it too low. We ended up having him come back and move it, but now we are left with holes in our new tile that we will have to patch with a kit we bought. Overall, the end result is great--we love our bathroom, and I know that we couldn't have gotten a better company to do it! Just please work on communicating your designs more effectively!”

“This is an amazing place to have a party for kids or adults!!! Carolyn was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed before and so during the party. This is not like having a party at any other venue. She made sure my daughters day was extremely special. She even let two parents paint for free which was a nice addition. Carolyn was very patient in making sure we all could follow her instructions during the painting class, which was very difficult because we had a total of 14 kids and four adults painting. I highly recommend this venue if you want a nice, stress free, one stop for your event. I will be using her again for an adult party in the future.”

“I've used Royal Plumbing on multiple occasions. Each time, Russ has done excellent work, and was professional, friendly, and mindful of my property. He comes when he says he's going to come. He makes sure the repair is solid. He comes up with the best solution, handling the problem without unnecessary cost. Most recently, he replaced the wall valve for the waterline on my refrigerator, which meant cutting into the sheetrock - but he managed to do the work with only taking out a small square that will be a cinch to repair. His prices are fair and I totally trust him. It doesn't get much better than that!”
