“My four year old wanted purple hair. We went to Sally to get some temporary color for her, and we had a great experience! The manager, Danette was so awesome with my daughter, getting on her level and showing her different color options on the tablet. She was so knowledgeable about the brands and what would be safe for a child. The first color we picked didn't work on her dark hair, and we were able to exchange it without an issue. My daughter has proclaimed that this is her new favorite store! Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“Once taken back, very professional treatment focused on me as patient by everyone who I had interface with. However, I was in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time. Just like the doctor and team that took care of me, I am a professional and my time is extremely valuable. I understand getting behind, but no one ever offered an explanation or an apology for why three doctors were so far behind. Good customer/client/patient service would dictate over communication might not have been a bad idea. Having been a patient of numerous Novant physicians and services, this is my first experience of this nature. I struggled in deciding what rating I should give, but decided the rating should reflect my appreciation for the results of the surgical procedure. But I would encourage you to investigate how these incidents could be eliminated or at least handled better.”

I notice some reviews that dont reflect the service I received on this place and all I could say is that if you have a bad experience give them a second chance since you have to return anyways, and if they still dont provide you with the care you deserve them a bad assessment is merited.
