“The hotel location, the staff, and the rooms is nice. I have no problem with this and I would stay here again off of that. My problem is why are the incidentals so high? It's $250.00 why? If the room is $90 why am I putting $250 for you to hold til the next morning? I'm a truck driver, I go from the East to West, I've stayed at hotels that will blow this hotel out the water. I've stayed on the strip in Las Vegas and didn't have to pay an incidental, but they took $250. As you can tell, I'm a little upset. I had already booked the room through choice hotels and I've been driving all day. So I had to stay. You don't have to hold that much, I've stayed at plenty of hotels who just hold the card on file and don't take nothing off. Look at it this way: the incidentals are to protect the hotel if someone broke or takes something out of the room. I get it, but if I'm not taking from you; what gives you the right to take from me? This review is basically for the one who put this foolishness $250 incidental policy in place at this hotel. That's All.”

“I was refered to Dr. Bardales for an aspiration biopsy on one of the 3 thyroid nodules that had grown since sonogram last year. Anything with needles is worrisome. Prior to my appointment Aug 13th I was sent a brochure from Precision Pathology - one of the most amazing information brochures ever - the information was detailed but readable - never talked down to the patient - 1st thing the Dr. Bardales asked was " Are you scared" - I could honestly say no - not about the procedure - just concerned about resultsl" natural reaction - Absolutely easiest, painless procedure I've been thru - pinch of anesthetic less than at dentist , and light pressure felt when ultra thin needle inserted for biopsy - quickly/efficiently done - always assuring, and I was surprised when bandaid applied - all within 15 min! - no discomfort - in fact my son took me out for brunch down the road - and no problem eating/swallowing - Wish dentists were that easy - Staff amazing!!!”

“I bought a new Acura and called Sundance Car and Audio to get my windows tinted and they got me in the very next day. Reading the reviews made me laugh because they clearly were wrong and didn't represent Claude and this company AT ALL. Claude was amazing to me and even though I mistakenly asked for lighter tint on the front windows and decided to go darker he instantly took it off and made it the way I wanted and I absolutely love it. He also did my girlfriends car which was also amazing and flawless. He taught me about the window care and also gave me window cleaner.I will refer everyone to him without hesitation. So if you are reading this review please disregard all the negative ones and take it from me this place is a MUST!!! if you're looking for the best. My research led me to Oak Tree, and when I called the office with some questions I was directed to Kim, who enthusiastically answered everything and was genuinely welcoming. Now I had my first visit to the office - Dr. Gill is quite professional, very thorough in his examination and easy to talk to. Bonus point for me is that he graduated from NYU and so did I!
